The Dane County Time Bank has been here for 6 years and has nearly over 2000 members. The Time Bank is a way for everyone to help one another. By becoming a member with the Dane County Time Bank, not only can you help others, but you can receive assistance in return.
The Time Bank works by exchanging hours for services. For example, you could provide someone with a ride to the grocery store and in return, others could watch your dog or cat or teach you yoga. There are many services that you can receive and offer such as carpentry, painting, car repair, child care, computer assistance, cooking, gardening, housekeeping, lifting, digging, music, reading, teaching, learning, professional services, etc…… For more information or if you would like to become a member, please contact your case manager.
